I've owned a couple bulbs in the past, they eventually mildew and are very difficult to clean. This syringe should be much easier to clean. The ridges on the tip don't other me.

The most important part of something you plan to stick up your butt has got to be the part you stick up your butt, right. I bought this expecting a round nozzle but looking at it from the tip, it's an x shape (though the tip is round). That's 8 edges sliding up your delicate anus where you really don't want edges! I tried it and on insertion it was ok but pulling it out felt like it was cutting me. I recommend trying something else that has an anus friendly nozzle!

So, I ordered this with a rather lackluster prostate toy, and I was disappointed with that... But this... Ooohhhohohohohooo, THIS..! Oh my GOD this is fantastic! No, it hardly feels great to use, in fact, you only feel the first insertion- it's got a couple of 90 degree angles, and yeah, that was minorly unpleasant... But I hardly cared in the other insertions. I was baffled at how little water it used, but how CLEAN I was! I was frankly, amazed. Men, Women, if you're looking for something to clean your rear out with, oh this is just about perfect for the price. Cleaning is pretty easy too- just gotta' use a little common sense and voila..! Done. I'll be using this a LOT..!

I have tried many of the squeeze ball douches and they are ineffective at best. This allows you to get all the air out of the tube before use, and it comes with two nozzles for different depths. (I prefer the long one) I have had mine for over 6 months and it shows no signs of any deterioration on the rubber seal within the tube. I recommend this to both beginners and advanced users.
