This is the first time that I have used a product like this. It was absolutely wonderful. Usually when my bf penetrates it will hurt so he has to go slow, but with the China Anal Balm, it didn't hurt at all. I, however, would not recommend using it without a condom. My bf and I don't use protection and when we had oral afterwards my mouth was very numb. I would definitely recommend this to any one....
