When you compare the almost identically shaped prostate stimulator that is almost ten times more expensive and does the thing (gently stimulates the prostate gland while rubbing the perineum ),you say why pay through the nose when this puppy will do ! I really enjoyed this stimulator. The smooth and hard design(I like it hard) allows for easy insertion into the anus with just a little lube. The big head with the following bumps treat the sphincter muscle to a nice stretch and gets the nerves tingling with pleasure with the skinny base making the stimulator float up deep inside. Slide it in pull it out: repeat. Sit in a chair, gyrate your hips, and let the curved front handle stimulates your perineum. Lay on you back and utilize the circle handle by rolling your hips side to side or have your partner use the handle to stir your prostrate into wonderful sensations. This is a great toy at a great price.

I bought the Aneros Progasm first, which is just slightly too big for me at the base. I can insert it with no problem, but I don't really care for wider base. I bought this with the hopes that it would have the aggressive profile of the Progasm, but a smaller base, which it did, but it did not feel good at all. I know there are all different shapes and sizes of guys, and maybe this product just isn't for me, but I would recommend to stay away from it, save your money, and buy an Aneros. There is also a very distinct seam which i found very uncomfortable. The perineum tab is pretty uncomfortable too, it should be round.

I found it a tad difficult, even painful, to insert. I also had no idea that this was solid plastic, it felt pretty good, but was just not what I was expecting. Inexpensive and good product however.

Good massager for the beginner (like me) whose anus can't stretch comfortably to accommodate something big -- although the first inch or so is kind of bulbous. But don't get discouraged. Once you get past that, the massager slides right in and beautifully hits the spot. Believe me, you will know when you've hit it. Expect copious discharge from penis pre-orgasm, and a finish that will leave you breathless and very, very sticky!
