Well first off its very well built with many different options when it comes to the fitting. So with that said the only down fall is if your bigger at the balls, scrodum area you will have to spend the extra 25.00 to get a bigger ring. In the box they go up to 2" but you can purchase separate a 2 1/8" or 2 1/4" from cb-x. It is very comfortable to wear once you get it to fit you correctly. This is my first chastity device and I must say after being locked for a week my wife couldn't believe how powerful the orgasm was. So I would recommend this to anyone wanting to try getting locked up.
