The tweezer padding is comfortable and you can apply as much pressure as you like by using the ring that rolls up along the tweezer - the closer to the nipple, the tighter the grip. One thing, though, this ring does not always glide smoothly over the tweezers. So when adjusting the pressure it works well if you're looking for a little unexpected jolt of discomfort, but just be aware that the ring may not glide as smoothly as you might expect. Definitely a worthwhile purchase and huge visual turn-on. The chain is long enough to accommodate large sized breasts.
