They work well when warm. Water is OK but warm them up in the microwave for 45 seconds and they are warm ,wont burn your honey and she will get the best effect. My girl swears by them (as well as at me).

I took a ballpeen-hammer, heated the hammer head, and used it to flare the base in order to improve contact around the nipple. Better suction not as sharp a pain--just much improved. Patent pending.

Got them as a gift. Hard stiff did not like. Must have really strong fingers to press and place on the nipple. Finally placed it near heat vent and used some lube and it helped. I personally would not purchase them. They will do in a pinch, but looking for something better.

These do work well on the nipples to create suction and stiffen the tissue. I found using a bit of lubricant made a better surface for suction, making the suction stronger which lasted longer. They are made of firm, slightly flexible rubberized material that can be squeezed, which creates a vacuum suction when put against the flesh. The suckers do create quite a bit of suction and tension on the nipples once applied. They are also fun to tug on and flick to create more sensation.

I had to play around and experiment with these to get them to work but have found these work well when lubed with water soluble lube. I find I need to press them firmly against my breast and then squeeze them. The suction is pretty good and it lasts up to 20 minutes on my breast before breaking loose. To my surprise my nipples really are larger and definitely more sensitive when removed. I didn't think a man would look sexy with bigger nipples, but I was wrong. Makes me interested in a more advanced nipple pump.

I havw a set of nipple suckers and LOVE them!! if they dont work for you then YOU are doing something wrong, I have had mine on for at least an hour at a time and my nipples are getting and staying longer. I will buy them again when I wear this pair out. Put them on get the air out and you have them on till you take them off. Dont buy this product, suction is very poor at best.We tried using them dry,wet,lubed and nothig seemed to make them work very well.what a mood killer.i would spend money on a cheap vibe for a stocking stuffer if it was intended as a gift.

I dont understand the poor ratings on this item at all! These were one of the best cheapest sex toys Ive ever bought! However, you have to use them right. At about 1/4 of an inch from the opening pinch the cylinder together and then place it over your nipple. Continue to press the cylinder from side to side (top and bottom) (left and right) it will continue to make suction to the point of where you can pull and tug on the nipples and the toy will not fall off. I even use them on my clit. You have to experiment with new toys. I wouldnt trade these for anything. I have sucked on them so hard theyve been sore for days.
