I purchased this item recently, so I have only played with it a couple of times so far... but it's incredible! When the first ripple pops in it's almost too much to take, but it feels so good you want to keep going. Then the second ripple feels even better and you feel like you can cum at any moment. I can't imagine the third ripple, but I'll keep trying until I get there. It gets nice and slick with lube on it.
