I've got ED problems and usually just use a Rubber Donut, but I ventured into this material to see if it wouldn't be so porous and rub my skin too much. Well the material is definitely more comfortable, but doesn't provide enough pressure to just wear it around the base. I had to wrap it around my scrotum then make a figure 8 to loop one end around my penis. This worked fine, but ended up being harder to put on and remove.

I've tried the solid steel rings before, but getting the size right is critical. Sex toys in general are not returnable so I have a few lying around without a home. The stretchable types are far better, but since my last one broke (cheap material I guess) this 3-pack seemed like a good investment. Always be sure that they are not on too tight though. As for the material, it seems similar to my old one, but so far six months and counting without a problem...
