I purchased this extension a few weeks ago. I have a relatively average penis, 5.5 inch circumference and 6.5 inches long. Unfortantly my wife had an operaion just after I ordered it so I had to wait to put it to use. Well I found it difficult trying to get my errect penis inside the inner tube, I could only get a couple of inches in and it was very very tight. Well after trying it on several times I figured it out. I had to cut a little over half of the inner tube off and trim it up so not to cut me up.and it fit pretty good. It would never have worked in original form with it hanging off my penis it was about 14 inch long and I don't know any female taking all of that with some force. It is easily ripped when handling it if you have nails. I also found it useful to use the comdom on it as well. I haven't tried it without the inner tube yet but, don't see it staying on without an errection. I'll purchase another one

Bought it from outside the US, however, had to pay tax on top of expensive shipment price... However, the price worth it..!! Tried this solo a couple of times. I found that that if you use too much lube inside the sleeve, you'll tend to uncouple and slide out.
