I have figured this baby out. I have a small portable table with adjustable height. I set her straight up and looking at me, with the table at a height that is comfortable to stand in front of. Plug the drain hole with a wine cork or something the size of a AA battery. That way it won't leak and with the hole plugged you get great suction from this baby. Use lube such as mineral oil or even vaseline to really slick it up. I know what they say about these lubes, but just wash it well with warm soap and water. For an additional treat, take a vibrator bullet and put it in a dry condom and use that as the plug. Need I say more? The sensation is beyond anything you could ever imagine. I have been looking for a product like this for a very long time. I ordered one of those inflatable dolls with the mannequin head. But the mouth (cyberskin) was too small and hard plastic surrounded it so I could not stretch it bigger to fit in. I then contacted this website and asked them if they had a entire flesh head and they had told me that they were not aware of such a product. Now one year later someone clued in and made the product. Slipping into it is very easy to do (with some lube). Most toys have a habit of pulling the skin back behind your head (uncomfortable for me). This toy does not pull the skin back. For me this toy was more of a smooth and relaxing type, Not really the huge intensity feeling. I stuck it to the wall sideways but it is a little awkward to use that way because you need to lean close to the wall. I then stuck to the wall downward but it is awkward because the mouth is far down so you are at a angle (the top of the head and nose kind of get in the way) and that makes it easier to slip out. The best way to use it (at least for me) was to stick it ontop of the counter and come at it from the front however the drainhole is so small and close to the head that you can not really fit some fabric under there so your fluids will get on the countertop. You would have to plug that drainhole. It still gets the job done! I was quite surprised when I got this because I had noticed that it has blue eyes. Blond hair and blue eyes, mmmmmmm catch my drift? The material (Fanta Flesh) does not have that perfume in it (UR3 material has perfume in it) and it does not get sticky after you wash it (Cyberskin gets sticky after every wash) so that means you do not have to powder it as often.
