After switching the vibration on, it vibrates at will or not at all. I think mine is defective, but I threw away the packaging and receipt. I would return it if I had the receipt and packaging.

My hubby bought me the Lulu for New Years & I am in love with its sleek build. Lulu has a light velvety feel and I love the color. It's also waterproof and perfect for bubble baths. The scoop on top really cups the G-spot. I would have liked it to have three speeds, but it is definitely worth the purchase.
