The vibrations was enjoyable for my spouse, but the finger loop broke on first use. Great response from company,,,, they immediately refunded my money.

Broken Before First Use, December 21, 2011
Now maybe one star is too little? The replaceable batteries are nice, the vibration probably would have been enjoyable but the silicon sleeve was broken before it's first use. The ring intended for a finger hold had broken right out of the package, never got a chance to use it. I'll be contacting customer service for a refund.
